AGM & Visioning weekend
Our dance community gathers each year for our Annual General Meeting. Because we love to mix the serious with the sublime, we have made this a full weekend event. This allows us time for discussion, time to dance, time to work through any dance community business, time to dance, time to fully discuss matters raised and more time to dance before we settle into the serious business of the AGM.
By allowing this spaciousness, we are able to Vision our year ahead and support each other in the tasks that need to be undertaken. In reporting back to our community we provide the Visioning discussion notes as well as the AGM minutes.
Advisory Council
Our Advisory Council was formed in 2007. It is made up of four DUPANZ members plus the Secretary. The Council is charged with the responsibility of guiding our organisation and assisting in making decisions. The Advisory Council meet or teleconference four times each year to discuss any matters put to them by members.
In 2018 our Advisory Council members are Clarity Henderson, Wendy Hodder, Pamella Whitedove and Joanne Brown .
Sue Gilmer is the Membership Secretary.
Kim Penny is Treasurer
